Are all the parts we purchase genuine?
A:
All parts that are stated or mentioned by our sales advisor as original are genuine.
Q:
Are those parts without original packaging fake?
A:
The parts without original packaging aren’t fake. They are what we called OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products.
Q:
What you mean by OEM?
A:
OEM products are produce by the same supplier as the original products. These products are then available to the market later as a cheaper alternative due to car depreciation.
Q:
Are the OEM part same quality as the genuine part?
A:
They are not 100% same but all OEM products are TUV approved, some as good. (We only supply quality OEM products)
Q:
Can you install or repair after my purchase?
A:
We do not have a workshop ourselves, our panel workshop is just next door.
Q:
Does your part comes with warranty?
A:
It really depends what kind of parts, we have warranty period from ZERO (no warranty) up till THIRTY (30) days limited warranty, not for any wear and tear items. Please ask our sales advisor during your purchase.
Q:
Do you accept personal cheque?
A:
We don’t. Sorry. Only company cheque.
Q:
Do you have extra charges for credit card payment?
A:
Nope, free of charge.
